The two positions are switched by the rotary platform. , with the robotic arm performing welding tasks at station A. The left and right sides of the positioner are equipped with anti-arc radiation protection devices to ensure that the operator has a certain protection when working in different stations.
Heavy-duty Welding Workstation for Large Box Beam Structures
Heavy-duty Welding Workstation for Large Box Beam Structures is specifically designed for heavy-duty box beam structures and is the first of its kind in the country. It is equipped with circular and C-shaped flipping mechanisms, with a maximum carrying and flipping weight of 60 tons. It can handle workpieces with a maximum diameter of 6 meters and a maximum length of 30 meters. The two workstations share a common track of 80 meters and are integrated with two sets of gantry-style welding robots to form a complete workstation.

The welding robot workstation for the bottom frame of the paver is developed by our company in combination with the actual on-site usage scenario of our clients. The welding workstation consists of welding robot, three-axis truss, fixture and workpiece clamping platform, single-axis dual-drive positioner system for the head and tail frames, welding power supply, welding torch and wire cutting, wire feeding system, welding seam positioning and tracking system, etc.. Compared with sitting robot, gantry robot is more flexible, with higher weld accessibility and higher weld coverage. X axis of gantry rail + Y axis of robot moving rail + Z axis of robot lifting is configured, and the welding wire barrel and smoke recovery system are placed on the external platform, which is equipped with a ladder for easy access by personnel for quick maintenance and protection of the robot and dust collection unit.
Tower Crane Support Robotic Welding Station
Tower Crane Heavy-duty Support Welding Project: This welding workstation utilizes two-axis positioners and employs dual robots for welding tower crane bases simultaneously. The welding setup of the dual robots consists of a gantry structure with overhead rails (X/Y/Z axes) and a cantilever structure (X/Z/rotational axis). All axes are external to the robots and can be synchronized with robot movements for welding. Both robots can work independently or in conjunction with the positioners. The gantry is equipped with a two-level platform for storing welding power supplies, wire spools, and other items, facilitating inspection and maintenance by personnel.
