Turntable Welding Workstation
This set of workstations adopts intelligent welding robot and imported new digital inverter control welding power source.The robot is hung upside down on the truss gantry and has the walking function of three axes of XYZ, ensuring that thewelding accessibility of the rotary table and the frame reaches more than 75%: the positioner system adopts a head-tail frame single-axis dual-drive configuration, which is used as the external axis control of the robot and is linked with the robot in the welding process. The robot controls the head and tail of the positioner drive the servo motor to ensure the synchronization of the double drives. In order to avoid the workpieces rotating and touching the ground, the workpieces pit in the middle of the positioner head and tailstock, the pit is equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform, which rises flush with the ground when operated manually to ensure the safety of personnel operation.
