Category:
Solution
Overall solution for construction machinery
- Description
-
High-altitude shear fork chassis (frame) automatic production line: the whole production line is composed of parts prefabrication area, automatic spot welding area, repair welding and grinding area, calibration trial assembly area, fuel tank and battery box prefabrication area. The main logistics adopts RGV, and the small parts are transported to the welding line by RGV after welding. Workshop process layout and logistics in line with the "one flow" process idea, no cross, no reflux;
The intelligent production line integrates the robot automatic loading and unloading group system, automatic welding process, information collection technology to meet a variety of information control and automatic detection technology, high degree of automation, fast production speed, equipment production intelligence and efficiency catch up with the same intelligent production line in the industry.
