Intelligent Welding Station for Reach Stacker
This project is composed of welding station and a head-tail structure positioner. The two frames can synchronize or independently lift, flip, and perform other functions, all driven by servo motors. The workpiece is supported by automatic tooling fixtures. The headstock can be displaced, with a displacement st-roke of 4m. The headstock is clamped through the positioning hole at the end of the fixed workpiece, in the form of a centering pin, and an automatic adjustment mechanism at the bottom is configured to ensure the balance of the horizontal plane of the workpiece; the tailstock is fixed, and the tooling adopts an electric pressure block clampand is equipped with automatic centering platform (motor-driven) to realize automatic workpiece loading and clamping.
