The overall process of the frame assembly welding production line: manual frame matching and coding → manual hoisting and loading → automatic conveying and initial positioning → scanning code → grabbing robots processing → conveying to the welding robot workstation for welding operations → transfer by a pushing manipulator to the unloading area → conveying to repair welding station → upper and lower repair welding positioner → automatic clamping and manual repair welding →automatic conveying → automatic measurement and correction → buffer conveying.

The forklift gantry welding workstation adopts form of a single-machine corresponds to a single-station, which means, one welding robot corresponds to one welding positioner. The welding workstation's positioner is embedded within the site's production line and takes the form of a head-tail positioner, capable of rotating 180 degrees. The positioner is driven by an external axis servo motor, which can be programmed freely, and can coordinate with the robot to perform trajectory interpolation. It also has automatic and manual switching function.
