本套工作站采用智能焊接机器人及原装进口的全新数字化逆变控制焊接电源。机器人倒挂在桁架龙门上，具备XYZ三个轴的行走功能，保证转台及车架的焊接可达性达到75%以.上;变位机系统采用头尾架单轴双驱动形式，并作为机器人的外部轴控制，焊接过程中与机器人联动，机器人控制变位机的头尾驱动伺服电机，确保双驱的同步性;为避免工件回转碰地，变位机头尾架中间工件地坑，地坑配备液压升降平台，当人工操作时平台升起与地面平齐，确保人员操作的安全性。
