Automatic root cleaning machine for longitudinal seam/circumferential seam
- Description
-
The Horizontal Tank Circumferential Seam Automatic Gouging Machine utilizes efficient grinding principles for root grinding and height grinding of circumferential seams on horizontal tanks. It achieves both root grinding and height grinding functions by changing different grinding heads. This machine is mainly used for root grinding of circumferential weld seams.
The equipment is lightweight and equipped with walking mechanisms and guide rails to meet the requirements of different welding stations. It features high grinding efficiency, low labor intensity, and good grinding quality, making it an ideal equipment for grinding circumferential weld seams of tanks.
This equipment has been widely used in the manufacturing of pressure vessels, offshore engineering construction, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power industries. It is suitable for various forms of horizontal tank manufacturing processes, including pressure vessels, offshore platform pipes, piles, casings, tie rods, wind towers, and others. It is a specialized and efficient equipment for ensuring root quality, improving welding qualification rate, and enhancing production efficiency.
