The whole set of equipment is mainly composed of three parts: walking frame, grinding head and control box. During construction, the upper edge of the wall panel is used as the track or the lower mounting track is used as the track, and the speed of the frame is adjusted to the speed required by the construction through the speed adjustment controller, and the speed of the frame is the grinding weld speed.

The grinding head is mainly composed of support, grinding wheel, driving wheel, tensioning mechanism, motor, etc., which is used for grinding the welds of plate splicing, and also polishing the inner wall transverse welds of large diameter cylinder. By connecting the connecting plate of the head support and the slide board, the grinding Angle can be adjusted, and some holes are drilled on the connecting plate. Through the combination of different holes, the sand belt of the grinding head and the weld can form four angles of 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°. Components adjusted to special inclinations can also be customized according to customer requirements.
