Vertical Tank Automatic Internal Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine

The Vertical Tank Automatic Internal Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine is an automated welding system developed and produced based on the characteristics of vertical tank inverted construction, specifically designed for use in vertical tank inverted construction.

This system consists of three main components: the pure inverted CNC electro-gas vertical welding machine, basic installation, and the development of tank wall bevel longitudinal seam welding processes. The pure inverted CNC electro-gas vertical welding machine requires a mobile multifunctional welding cart, welding car guide rail components, vertical welding car, cooling water tank for inversion, cooling water circulation system, welding power supply, gas cylinder rack components and cylinders, wire feeder for welding, and a digital control and electrical control system.

The system can meet welding requirements for plate thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 50mm. The lifting speed of the vertical seam welding car is adjustable, ensuring stable welding pool and controllable welding speed to complete the automatic welding of longitudinal seams of large vertical tanks. Its main feature is the use of water-cooled copper shoes to force a single-pass weld formation along the longitudinal seam, greatly improving welding quality and efficiency, and reducing the labor intensity of welders.
