The complete set of equipment mainly consists of four-wheel drive welding carriage, welding control box, welding power source, wire feeder, walking control system, flux system, seam guiding mechanism, torch guiding mechanism, torch adjustment mechanism, and control cables. With a strong magnetic adsorption device, it can effectively ensure the carriage's movement along right-angle seams, internal, and external circumferential corner seams. The system has good self-guidance, smooth operation, and ensures that the torch is always aligned with the weld seam.
