The Hydraulic Lifting System for tank overturning is a specialized process engineering equipment developed by NAEC based on years of design experience and in combination with the actual on-site usage scenarios of customers. It is specifically designed for the welding of steel storage tanks by overturning. This system features advanced technology and innovative modular design concepts, making it easy to install, operate, and reliable in quality when used on-site.
In actual application, the lifting height can be adjusted individually (single unit or single set), or multiple sets can be centrally controlled. It is suitable for welding projects involving the overturning process of small, medium, and large steel tanks. This series of tank hydraulic lifting equipment operates on a "one pump to five cylinders" modular basis. That is, one hydraulic pump station is connected to five hydraulic cylinders, controlled by two control cabinets. In engineering applications, multiple modules are matched based on the lifting load, and the hydraulic cylinders are evenly distributed and installed inside the tank. This setup avoids the drawbacks of traditional centralized oil supply, such as too many oil pipes and multiple oil leakage points, ensuring minimal environmental pollution and improving welding quality.
The lifting equipment in this series consists of single-acting two-stage hydraulic cylinders (hydraulic jacks), which are used for vertical lifting and require external force or gravity to return.
This complete set of tank hydraulic lifting equipment features a rigorous and compact structure, stable and safe operation, easy operation, adjustable load, quick installation, and high synchronization accuracy.
