The Post Welding Heating Treatment Device, or the pipeline medium frequency induction heat treatment system, is a specialized heat treatment equipment developed by Nanjing OTE Electric Co., Ltd. for pipeline prefabrication. This system utilizes the principle of medium frequency induction heating and is specifically used for heat treatment of weld seams during automatic pipeline welding. It is an efficient equipment dedicated to improving the efficiency of pipeline welding heat treatment and ensuring welding quality, making it an ideal heat treatment device for thick-walled pipeline automatic welding. Under certain conditions, it can also achieve a one-to-two method, simultaneously treating two weld seams.Equipment Features:
➤ High Heating Efficiency: The weld joint can be uniformly heated to 100°C within 10 minutes, with a maximum temperature of up to 788°C.
➤ Low Operating Cost: One set of induction cables can be used for multiple pipe sizes, greatly reducing the number of heating cables used and lowering operating costs.
➤ High Equipment Utilization: The equipment adopts a mobile fixture design. After completing heat treatment on one circumferential weld, the platform can be manually pushed to the next workstation for heat treatment. This facilitates transportation and increases equipment utilization.
➤ High Safety: All equipment operations are performed on the ground, without open flames or thermal radiation, effectively reducing the safety risks for operators.
➤ Multiple Control Thermocouple Inputs: Control the hottest thermocouple during heating and the coldest thermocouple during cooling to ensure uniform heating and quality.
➤ Insulation Failure Protection: Automatically cuts off the system when there is a short circuit in the power supply, and a feedback system indicates the failure status directly to the power supply through one of the induction lines.
➤ Digitized Recording of Heating Curve Throughout the Process: Utilizing an industrial control touch screen, it displays real-time temperature curves for up to 6 channels and records and saves the data. The real-time status of the equipment is saved, with built-in dedicated heat treatment software, and the data can be retrieved and saved through a USB interface.
