CNC High-Speed End Beveling Machine is equipped with a central rotation device, capable of processing the end bevels of various materials (such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.) pipes. It can produce single V, double V, J, U, and other types of bevels. With the central rotation device, the workpiece can rotate 180 degrees in just 30 seconds to process the other end.
It features:
● Automatic clamping and centering of pipes through a hydraulic system.
● PLC numerical control with servo feeding system, allowing precise automatic beveling based on pre-set programs.
● For stainless steel pipes, it takes only 2.5 minutes to produce a standard 37.5-degree bevel.
● Utilizes large-sized forming blades to successfully handle various forms of bevels like V, double V, U, and J on thick-walled pipes.
