Four Torch Pipe & Flange Welding Station

This equipment is designed specifically for the efficient automatic welding of straight pipes and flanged pipes. It adopts advanced PLC welding process control technology, combined with real-time automatic tracking systems and PLC numerical control welding torch swing systems. It can perform "four-point welding" on the inner and outer edges of flanges inserted at both ends of straight pipes. It can also achieve various automatic welding requirements such as "single-end single-point", "single-end double-point", "double-end double-point", etc., according to different application needs.

The equipment consists of a dual-mode welding control system for near and remote control, PLC numerical control WPS welding expert program control system, PLC numerical control swing system, inner weld control system, outer weld control system, frame system, and electrical control system.
