Pick-up system
- Description
-
"Goodsto person or Goodsto man" (G2P or G2M) picking, that is, in the process of logistics picking, people do not move, and goods are automatically transported to the picker for selection. "Goods to people" picking is an important picking method in logistics distribution center, and its corresponding picking method is "people to people" (P2G or M2G) picking. The storage system has developed from a relatively single three-dimensional storage in the past to a variety of storage methods, including planar storage, three-dimensional storage, dense storage and so on. The storage form has also changed from mainly pallet storage to mainly material box (or carton) storage. However, regardless of the storage method, the automation of storage operations is the basis for achieving "goods to people".
1. One of the key technologies of the transportation system "goods to people" picking technology is how to solve the matching problem between fast storage and fast transportation.
2. Pick workstation, pick workstation design is very important.
3. Reduce labor intensity Another important advantage of "goods to people" selection is to greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators, which is the concrete embodiment of the "people-oriented" design concept of logistics system.
