- Description
-
The pressure arm type welding machine produced by NAEC is a specialized equipment developed based on years of experience in pipeline prefabrication production lines and the actual needs of customers on-site. It is mainly used for welding large-diameter pipes made of carbon steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, copper-nickel alloy, and other materials.
The pressure arm type welding machine mainly consists of a pressure arm type automatic welding machine, welding roller mechanism, light steel rail module, welding control system, Miller welding system imported from the United States, and electrical control system. It can automatically perform argon arc bottoming and submerged arc filling and capping welding for butt weld seams of straight pipes, pipe-to-flange, and pipe-to-elbow connections.
The pressure arm type automatic welding machine effectively controls the eccentric force of rotating eccentric pipes to ensure welding stability. The workpiece rotation system has functions such as pause, forward and reverse rotation, and frequency conversion speed regulation. The welding gun adjustment mechanism can adjust the welding gun up and down, left and right, and angle.
This set of automatic welding equipment uses imported Miller welding power sources and related specialized equipment to achieve argon arc and submerged arc welding functions, meeting the requirements for various wall thickness pipes at the work site.
