Cantilever Type Pipe Automatic Welding Machine, the AUTO CWM630-A 630 model produced by NAEC, is designed based on years of lean production concepts and the accumulated experience in prefabricated pipeline production lines, combined with feedback from actual on-site usage. This machine is a proprietary welding workstation with independent intellectual property rights.

This automatic welding workstation consists of a cantilever-type automatic pipe welding frame, an electrically retractable cross arm, an adjustable cantilever-type pipe driving machine, pipe lifting support, light steel rail modules, a human-machine dialogue control system, a Miller welding system imported from the United States, and an electrical control system.

It is mainly used for the butt welding of straight pipes with straight pipes/flanges/elbows, performing argon arc welding, RMD (gas protection) for the root pass, argon arc welding, gas protection welding, and submerged arc welding for filling and covering.

This automatic welding center features high welding efficiency, high welding quality, easy operation, and effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers.
