Single-head Double-driving Automatic Welding Station

Highly efficient "Single-head Double-driving" Welding Center, produced by NAEC, is a specialized welding center developed independently based on the company's years of lean production experience and accumulated knowledge from pipeline prefabrication lines, tailored to meet the actual on-site usage requirements of customers, and possessing independent intellectual property rights.

This station consists of a cantilever welding machine, chuck-type pipe driving machine, pressure arm-type pipe driving machine, pipe lifting support, guide rail, welding system, and electrical control system. It adopts a dual-driving method of chuck-type pipe driving machine + lifting support and pressure arm-type pipe driving machine + lifting support, effectively avoiding axial movement of the pipe during welding to ensure excellent welding results.

The equipment control system uses a WPS welding program control system, which can store welding programs to avoid welding quality defects caused by operators adjusting parameters arbitrarily. The welding power supply of the equipment adopts a multi-functional welding power supply imported from Miller, USA, capable of completing tasks such as argon arc/RMD (gas-protected welding) for root pass, gas-protected welding/flux-cored welding for filling and covering.

The automatic welding station adopts a structure of a single welding head + double driving device. When welding the first pipe, the other pipe can be loaded/unloaded or polished simultaneously, reducing the idle time of the welding head and maximizing its utilization.
