The intelligent welding production line for the chassis and turntable of the aerial work platform vehicle series consists of several sections, includes the prefabrication station for the left and right side panels of the turntable, the chassis general fitting up

station, the turntable general fitting up station, the turntable robot welding station, the chassis robot welding station, the shape correction welding station, the safety fence, the dust removal system, trolley, KBK/hoisting equipment, RGV and other parts .

It equipped with intelligent MES system, digital twin system, AR/VR virtual enhancement system, which achieve intelligent production line production management and scheduling, data acquisition, simulated production of new products, intelligent maintenance and other all-round intelligent operations.

The welding production line for the scissor lift series chassis of aerial work platforms consists of several sections, including the component prefabrication area, primary fitting up area, primary full welding area, secondary fitting up area, secondary full welding area, supplementary welding and grinding area, correction test area, fuel tank and battery box prefabrication area. The main logistics adopts RGV. The workshop layout and logistics conform to the "one flow" process concept, with no crossovers or backflows.

The whole production line is composed of prefabrication station of the left and right side panels of the turntable, general assembly station of the chassis, general assembly station of the turntable, robot welding station of the turntable, robot welding station of the chassis, repair welding station of the profile, safety fence, dust removal system, trolley, KBK/ lifting equipment, RGV and other parts. The production line is equipped with intelligent MES system, digital twin system, AR/VR virtual enhancement system to realize intelligent production line production management and scheduling, data collection, new product simulation production, intelligent maintenance and other all-round intelligent operation.

The whole production line is composed of parts prefabrication area, first assembly area, first full welding area, second assembly area, second full welding area: area, repair welding and grinding area, correction trial assembly area, fuel tank and battery box prefabrication area. The main logistics adopts RGV. Workshop process layout and logistics in line with the "one flow" process idea, no cross, no reflux.
