Hydraulic Cylinder Welding Workstation adopts a head-tail stock chuck positioner, complemented by an electrically operated lifting support frame, dust collection system, and preheating system. It enables automated positioning and clamping for small-batch, multi-specification products. The welding robot system is equipped with specialized arc welding software packages, arc tracking software/hardware packages, multi-layer welding software, programmable swing graphics, welding parameter interpolation, and other functions, ensuring the welding quality and efficiency of ultra-thick hydraulic cylinders. All components of the system, including positioners, transfer systems, and communication between various parts, use fully digitalized control technology, automatically calling programs based on different input specifications of workpieces.

All parts of the system including positioner, transfer system and the communication between each part adopt full digital control technology, and the program can be automatically called according to the input specifications of different workpieces.
