The welding robot system is equipped with specialized arc welding software packages, arc tracking software/hardware packages, multi-layer welding software, programmable swing graphics, welding parameter interpolation, and other functions, ensuring the welding quality and efficiency of ultra-thick hydraulic cylinders. All components of the system, including positioners, transfer systems, and communication between various parts, use fully digitalized control technology, automatically calling programs based on different input specifications of workpieces.
