Heavy Duty Multi-Function Pipe Fitting-up Machine

Heavy Duty Multi-Function Pipe Fitting-up Machine is a specialized equipment developed by NAEC, based on years of experience in pipe fitting and welding in pipe prefabrication plants, combined with the practical on-site usage of customers. The station mainly consists of a bending fitting-up machine, an active and passive pipe support fitting-up machine, a flange fitting-up machine, and a set of track modules. It can complete both flange and elbow fitting-up work, significantly reducing logistics time, shortening production cycles, and improving work efficiency.

The bending fitting-up machine is mainly used for fitting-up elbows, consisting of base components, sliding platform components, operating platform components, and rotating support devices. It can be automatically adjusted left and right through control and manually rotated axially for elbow and pipe fitting-up work. When fitting-up elbows, the elbow is lifted onto the platform of the bending fitting-up machine using a hoisting device, aligned with the centerline on the platform, and then fitted-up with the pipe.

The flange fitting-up machine is mainly used for fitting-up flanges, consisting of base components, sliding platform components, and working platform components. It can be fixed according to the flange specifications corresponding to the fixed device on the working platform. When fitting-up flanges, the flange fitting-up machine is flipped parallel to the ground, the flange is lifted onto the platform of the flange fitting-up machine using a hoisting device, secured with bolts, and then the working platform of the flange fitting-up machine is rotated 90 degrees to fit-up with the pipe.

The active/passive pipe support fitting-up machine is mainly used for supporting and moving pipes horizontally, consisting of roller components, lifting components, base components, and wheel components. It can be automatically lifted by control, facilitating fitting-up work with elbows or flanges. The walking wheels are mounted on the base, allowing the trolley to move horizontally on the track, and the specific working position can be adjusted as needed. It has a positioning locking function, and the distance between the two roller components is adjustable, suitable for pipes ranging from 24" to 60" in diameter.
