Small & Middle Diameter Pipe Multifunctional Fitting-up Station

Multifunctional Fitting-up Station for Small & Middle Diameter Pipes, produced by NAEC, is designed based on years of lean manufacturing principles and extensive experience in pipe prefabrication lines, tailored to the specific needs of customers. It is used for aligning elbows, flanges, tees, branch pipes, and other fittings with straight pipes, offering high precision, fast speed, and low labor intensity. This station is suitable for both carbon steel and stainless steel, with anti-carbon pollution design at the contact parts to prevent contamination during stainless steel pipe processing.

The station consists of a multifunctional fitting-up machine, a flange fitting-up machine, a branch fitting-up machine, and two pipe supports, along with a set of guide rail modules. It can align both flanges and elbows (45º~90º), reducers, tees, branch pipes, and others, reducing fitting-up time, shortening production cycles, and enhancing work efficiency.
