Double Flange Alignment Machine, mainly used for the assembly of pipes with two ends and insertion flanges. The machine has high assembly positioning accuracy, convenient operation for all parts, flexible adjustment, and stable and reliable operation. It mainly consists of a control system, base, main side mechanism, auxiliary side mechanism, and pipe support that can be lifted or radially moved, etc., and can simultaneously meet the flange assembly of seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes.

It has the following characteristics:

● Material compatibility: Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, aluminum alloy;

● Suitable pipe fittings: Straight pipes with insertion flanges;

● Applicable pipe diameter range: φ325mm-φ900mm (outer diameter of the pipe);

● Applicable pipe length range: 1000mm——18000mm;

● Concentricity of pipe-flange alignment: When the length of the pipe fitting is 1000mm——10000mm, the concentricity is ≤1.0mm; when the length of the pipe fitting is 10000mm——18000mm, the concentricity is ≤2.0mm;

● Verticality of pipe-flange alignment: ≤0.5mm;

● Accuracy of flange hole alignment at both ends: ≤0.1°;

● Main side mechanism: Equipped with manual walking and electric rotating functions, with a rated stroke of 500mm;

● Auxiliary side mechanism: Equipped with electric walking, manual fine adjustment, and manual rotating functions, with a walking speed of 5800mm/min;

● Pipe support: The electric lifting roller frame has a rated lifting stroke of 350mm, radial fine adjustment of ±25mm, and a rated load of 5T;

● Height adjustment stroke of main and auxiliary side mechanisms: 350mm.
