Intersection Multi-axle Cutting and Profiling Machine is a specialized equipment developed independently by Nanjing Auto Electric Co., Ltd. based on the rich design experience accumulated over the years in the production line of pipe prefabrication plants and the actual on-site usage requirements of customers. It can meet the cutting and beveling needs of pipes with various materials and processes.The Intersecting Line Multi-Axis CNC Cutting Machine, using flame or plasma cutting methods, can complete tasks such as fixed-length cutting, various angle V-groove beveling, hole cutting, and saddle cutting on pipes. The core of this equipment is its CNC cutting control software system, which converts the NC programming codes for pipe cutting into CNC machine control language, driving servo motion to accurately control the torch's movement trajectory, and completing complex cutting processes.

The equipment mainly consists of an in-feed and out-feed roller table carriage, CNC flame cutting system, plasma cutting system, hydraulic station, electrical control system, and a container. The cutting/beveling center can automatically cut and bevel pipes according to preset CNC programs using flame or plasma cutting methods, or it can be operated manually if needed.
