Intelligent Welding Production Line for Large Mining Truck Cargo Compartment
This project consists of five sub-lines: the bottom plate welding production line, side plate welding production line, front plate welding production line, tailgate welding production line, and cargo compartment assembly welding production line. Manual assembly stations for the bottom plate, side plate, etc., are linked with robot welding stations through intelligent RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle) shuttles (in the form of double-shuttle), facilitating interaction and logistics transfer. After the prefabrication of components such as the bottom plate, side plate, front plate, and tailgate, they are sent to the material distribution area for unified distribution to the cargo compartment assembly station. Subsequently, they are transported to subsequent robot welding stations via RGV shuttle. This production line fully embodies the modernization and intelligence of cargo compartment production for mining trucks, demonstrating strong typical and representative characteristics in the industry.
