Aerial Work Platform Intelligent Flexible Production Line is designed for the chassis and turntable welding of aerial work platform vehicles. The layout of the production line includes prefabrication stations for left and right side plates of the turntable, chassis assembly station, turntable assembly station, turntable robot welding station, chassis robot welding station, correction and repair welding station, safety fences, dust removal system, hand trucks, KBK/crane equipment, RGV, etc. The production line is equipped with an intelligent MES system, digital twin system, AR/VR virtual enhancement system, enabling intelligent production management and scheduling, data collection, simulation of new product production, intelligent maintenance, and other comprehensive intelligent operations.

The Aerial Work Platform Scissor Series Chassis Welding Production Line consists of several sections: component prefabrication area, first spot welding area, first full welding area, second spot welding area, second full welding area, welding and grinding area, correction and trial installation area, and prefabricated areas for fuel tanks and battery boxes. The main logistics are handled by RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle). The workshop layout and logistics adhere to the principle of "single flow," with no crossovers or backflows.
