Rear Frame Repair Welding Intelligent Assembly Line
The frame repair welding line consists of 8 automatic positioners (with manual positioning function), 8 automatic heavy-duty mobile trolleys, 8 sets of fixture mechanisms (quick clamping of workpieces), manual repair welding platforms, rails, and fume recovery system, control system and safety protection facilities. It is used for the repair welding production of the rear frame of the loader. The positioner carrying the workpiece of the rear frame runs on the track, which can realize the forced rhythm and streamlined operation and each unit can produce in a balance manner.
