Heavy-duty Vehicle Frame Robotic Welding Station
Heavy-duty Vehicle Frame Robotic Welding Station features two sets of head-tail frame lifting positioners (with two-stage anti-fall protection) and two sets of robotic welding systems with dual workstations. The gantry-type T-slot flexible fixtures are used for accommodating different workpieces, ensuring overall precision and long-term stable operation. The welding accessibility of robots exceeds 85%. Additionally, four sets of lift, walk, and retract manual welding platforms are equipped. These platforms, interlocked with the robotic workstations, can handle areas that robots cannot reach for welding. The robot floor tracks are designed with a tread-type pattern for easy welding and lifting operations.
