Outrigger Flexible Robot Production Line Integrated Intelligent Dispenser System
Category:
Overall solution for construction machinery
- Description
-
This flexible welding line for support legs integrates an intelligent assembly system with a smart vertical storage system. It includes a vertical conveyor and an intelligent welding assembly line, with features such as smart production scheduling, logistics distribution, automatic robot assembly, flexible storage and scheduling of various product sizes, automatic barcode scanning for program retrieval, grinding, and finishing of finished products, as well as real-time recording of inventory movements. This solution overcomes the scheduling bottlenecks associated with using RGVs, eliminating the need for buffer areas. With internal material movement within the storage system, it doesn't affect production cycle times. This setup reduces the number of robots required while enabling effective quality tracking and management. It achieves a balanced production cycle, significantly improves production efficiency, enhances product quality, and reduces production costs.
