Equipped with large tonnage head and tail frame shifter, automatic clamping tooling, improving loading efficiency and reducting welding deformation, as well as high-precision electric tracking system, multi-span and multi-channel adaptive routing system, efficient welding process, excellent welding ability of medium and thick plates, the welding accessibility rate reaches more than80%, and all welding seams meet the first-level evaluation standard. Equipped with offlineprogramming software to realize modular programming and reduce the programming workload of multi-specification workpieces.
