The gantry-style T-slot flexible fixture ensures compatibility with different workpieces, guaranteeing overall accuracy and long-term stable operation. Robot welding accessibility exceeds 85%. Additionally, there are four sets of liftable, mobile, and extendable manual welding platforms. The manual welding platforms and robot workstations are synchronized and interlocked, enabling completion of areas inaccessible to robots. The robot ground track adopts a tread design, facilitating welding and lifting operations.
