High Speed Band Saw Cutting Machine

　　The band saw cut-to-length center mainly consists of equipment such as the band saw bed, input roller conveyor, output roller conveyor, length setting device, hydraulic feeding flip arm, hydraulic unloading flip arm, raw material rack, and transition rack. It can achieve a unified process from feeding the pipe, automatic conveying, automatic length setting, high-speed cutting, pipe output, to automatic unloading, significantly improving work efficiency and reducing labor intensity. The cut pipes are stored on the transition rack, awaiting processing at the next beveling station. The band saw bed adopts a double-column structure to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine tool. An advanced hydraulic system is used for smooth and effective sawing, and the electrical system of the machine tool adopts PLC control to ensure the overall performance of the machine tool.
