The top beam and cover beam intelligent welding production line features 48 intelligent CLOOS welding workstations. It is seamlessly integrated with the workshop information system and utilizes automatic welding program selection based on the production plan and workpiece recognition system. Equipped with high-tonnage head and tailstock positioners, automatic clamping fixtures, and advanced features such as CLOOS's high-precision 3D arc tracking system, multi-layer adaptive welding track system, and efficient welding processes, this production line enhances loading efficiency, reduces welding deformations, and offers superior welding capabilities for medium-thick plates. With a welding efficiency rate exceeding 80%, all weld seams meet first-class welding standards. Additionally, the production line is equipped with offline programming software, enabling modular programming and reducing programming workload for multi-specification workpieces.
