The internal seam automatic welding machine meets various welding requirements for different workpieces through the lifting, extending, and traversing of the cross arm. Equipped with an automatic (submerged arc) welding machine at the front end of the cross arm, it achieves automatic welding. This equipment can be combined with welding rotators to form an automatic welding center, suitable for the automated welding of internal seams of cylindrical metal structures. It greatly improves welding quality and efficiency and has been widely used in industries such as wind towers, pressure vessels, boilers, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, automobiles, and steel structures. The automatic welding system used in this workstation consists of key components such as the Miller SubArc DC1250 multi-function welding power source, RAD400 wire feeder, HDC1500DX digital welding program control box, forming a flux-cored arc welding system.
