The active roller frame is driven by two AC frequency conversion motors connected to two reducers separately. The output ends of the reducers are connected by a first-stage open gear pair transmission to drive the rollers. By using the open gear pair transmission, the reducers are installed behind the rollers, which reduces the distance between the roller surface and the outer edge of the bearing seat, effectively avoiding interference with the rotation of workpiece nozzles.
The passive roller frame adopts a dual lifting device, which facilitates the adjustment of the position of the cylindrical workpiece. The lifting is achieved by a worm gear lifting mechanism, ensuring convenient operation and safety. Reliable limit and overload protection devices are installed at the terminals of each moving mechanism to prevent damage to the moving parts.
The welding rotator can be divided into adjustable roller frame and self-adjusting roller frame.
