The four-dimensional cylinder fitting-up machine is a specialized equipment designed for aligning and fitting cylindrical components, particularly used in welding processes. It consists of a single-section cylinder fitting-up system, an extension rotation system, guide rails, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and operating system.
During operation, the hydraulic system enables adjustments in four dimensions: vertical, horizontal, rotational, and deviation, ensuring precise alignment and fit-up of the cylindrical components. This machine greatly reduces the labor intensity involved in fitting-up, improves efficiency in aligning cylindrical sections, and ensures high-quality fit-ups.
The cylinder fitting-up station includes a fitting-up machine, a rotating roller module, and a lifting and conveying module. The roller assembly mounted on the upper part of the machine supports the cylindrical components and can rotate to aid in alignment. When aligning two cylindrical sections, one section moves relative to the other in vertical, horizontal, and rotational directions to achieve proper fit-up. The control system of the fitting-up platform allows for adjustments in lateral movement, vertical movement, rotation, and deviation, facilitating precise control over fit-up parameters such as alignment, clearances, and deviations.
