The AUTO ILS-A type horizontal cylinder inner longitudinal seam automatic welding machine produced by NAEC (Auto) is tailored for customers' requirements. It is designed based on a deep understanding and research of the characteristics and relevant standards of offshore pipe manufacturing, as well as investigation into users' existing equipment and manufacturing processes. It integrates the implementation technology and experience mastered by NAEC, providing tailored equipment for automatic welding of inner longitudinal seams of cylinders.
Utilizing submerged arc welding technology, this machine is used for automatic welding of longitudinal seams of rolled steel pipes. It employs a specially designed welding head to achieve automatic submerged arc welding for a minimum pipe diameter of φ600 (customizable to meet a minimum of φ350mm) and a maximum loangitudinal seam length of 4000mm (with a beam effective stroke of 4500mm). The machine features comprehensive functionality, stable welding process, high efficiency, and good quality, making it outstanding in the field.

The outer longitudinal seam welding machine is a widely used and highly automated welding auxiliary equipment. It satisfies various welding requirements for different workpieces through the lifting and extension of the cross arm. This machine, when combined with a flux recovery system, can automatically recover and transport flux during various cylinder welding processes. At the front end of the cross arm, an automatic (submerged arc) welding machine is installed to achieve automatic welding.
