Plate Milling Machine, produced by Nanjing Auto Electric Co., Ltd., is a new generation of high-efficiency milling equipment developed to meet the welding process of double-sided beveling of plates in industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, and shipbuilding, aiming to improve milling efficiency.

It utilizes imported milling heads arranged on two milling drive mechanisms to simultaneously process the upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate edges. The milling speed can reach up to 1m/min. Compared with traditional plate edge milling machines on the market, this equipment can improve milling efficiency by more than four times, making it a replacement for traditional milling machines.

Additionally, this equipment can perform different forms of milling processing on plates according to requirements, such as pre-welding edge preparation, X-type, Y-type bevels, etc. It improves product quality, efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and decreases labor intensity in welding production, making it an advanced equipment for beveling processing.
