Two-axis Pipe End Beveling Machine
NAEC's CPBM630 two-axis CNC beveling machine is a specialized pipe beveling station developed independently by our company based on the principles of lean production and leveraging years of experience in pipeline prefabrication production lines. It is designed in accordance with the actual on-site usage scenarios of our customers. The main components include the beveling machine base, rotary device, pipe clamping device, cooling system, hydraulic system, and other modules.
● Utilizes CNC system for axial and radial two-axis interpolated tool feed principle. The pipe remains fixed while the cutter rotates, and the X and Z axes feed the cutter, allowing for the machining of bevels at multiple angles and shapes with a single tool, providing flexibility in processing.
● Employs a narrow cutting width, resulting in low cutting force and smooth processing, effectively ensuring the smoothness of the bevel surface.
● The narrow cutting face, fast rotation of the cutter, and large feed per revolution address chattering issues. With high speed and high feed rates, efficiency is greatly improved. The machine features high processing efficiency, good bevel quality, low consumable (blade) cost, high level of intelligence, ease of operation, and strong adaptability to bevel forms and angles.
