- Description
-
The pipeline production logistics equipment meets the prefabrication of pipes with diameters ranging from Φ50 to 1200mm and made of different materials (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc.), including large-diameter pipe sections formed from steel plate rolls. It possesses functions for pipeline transportation logistics, lifting, rotation, flipping, etc., achieving integrated joint operation control of the entire logistics roller track and various feeding stations. It comprehensively considers the coordinated operation of the entire logistics roller track and various feeding stations, precise stability functions, and production efficiency. By optimizing the scheduling of the entire logistics roller track and combining it with the storage of various feeding stations, it provides multiple platform support for pipeline prefabrication production. The pipeline production logistics equipment consists of logistics conveying modules, lifting modules, rotating modules, automatic flipping modules, and base modules. The product combines automated loading and unloading with ground, aerial, and roller conveyor integrated logistics conveying equipment, enabling the realization of a factory-style automated prefabrication pipeline production line from material feeding to welding, significantly increasing pipeline prefabrication efficiency. It is widely used in key national energy construction sectors such as petroleum, petrochemicals, chemical industry, electric power, marine engineering, and storage and transportation.
The technological level of pipeline production logistics equipment is domestically leading and internationally advanced. Each station of the pipeline prefabrication logistics production line is equipped with independently developed advanced equipment. The various stations are interconnected with independently developed pipeline production logistics equipment, allowing the production line to be flexibly arranged according to pipeline prefabrication functions and actual factory conditions, improving the prefabrication efficiency per unit area of the factory floor and saving more than 60% of prefabrication space.
Key Technical Features:
● Covers a diameter range of Φ50-1200mm.
● Meets a wider range of pipe section requirements with shorter logistics paths and faster speeds.
● Configures technical research based on the standard capacity of each station to achieve balanced cycle times for all systems on the production line, improving the overall efficiency of the production line.
● Increases prefabrication efficiency per unit area of the factory floor, saving more than 60% of prefabrication space.
