he Fitting-up Rotator roller frame is primarily used for aligning the cylinder body. Each set of fitting-up roller frames consists of a single-section cylinder alignment system, an extended cylinder rotation system, guide rails, hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, operating systems, etc. During operation, the hydraulic system adjusts the cylinder sections vertically, horizontally, front and back, and angular deviation. This allows for precise and continuous adjustment of the alignment's clearance, weld position, and angular deviation, effectively reducing the labor intensity of the alignment work, improving the efficiency of cylinder circumferential seam alignment, and ensuring the quality of alignment.
The cylinder section extension and alignment workstation include one alignment machine and two alignment roller frames. The upper part of the alignment machine is equipped with roller components that can be used for shorter lengths of cylinder sections and can rotate. During alignment of two cylinder sections, one cylinder section moves vertically, horizontally, and angularly relative to the other cylinder section to achieve alignment. The alignment platform control has functions such as leftward movement, rightward movement, up and down movement, and rotation, enabling convenient and quick control of alignment elements such as level, clearance, and angular deviation required for alignment.
