Product Description: The inner seam automatic welding machine meets the welding needs of various workpieces with different welding methods through the lifting, expansion, and movement of the cross arm and trolley. Equipped with an automatic (submerged arc) welding machine at the front end of the cross arm, it achieves automatic welding. This equipment can be combined with welding roller frames to form an automatic welding center, suitable for the automated welding of inner seams of cylindrical metal structures. This significantly improves welding quality and greatly increases welding efficiency. It is widely used in industries such as wind towers, pressure vessels, boilers, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, automotive, and steel structures. The automatic welding system used in this workstation consists of key configurations such as the Miller SubArc DC1250 multifunctional welding power source, RAD400 wire feeder, and HDC1500DX digital welding program control box, achieving flux-cored arc welding.

Product Description: The outer seam automatic welding machine meets the welding needs of various workpieces with different welding methods through the lifting, expansion, and movement of the cross arm and trolley. This equipment can be combined with welding roller frames to form an automatic welding center, suitable for the automated welding of outer seams of cylindrical metal structures. This significantly improves welding quality and greatly increases welding efficiency. The equipment moves along the track and consists of a trolley, column, electric telescopic arm, welding power source, wire feeding system, swing welding gun system, and electrical control system.
