The AUTO SAHW-I Automatic Submerged Arc Horizontal Welding Machine is a new generation high-efficiency vertical tank horizontal seam single-side submerged arc automatic welding machine independently developed and produced by NAEC. It adopts advanced welding technology to improve welding efficiency and ensure welding quality.
This equipment relies on the frame to ride on the wall plate to complete the circumferential seam welding and is mainly used for the welding of tank and blast furnace/tower equipment circumferential seams.
The excellent performance of the welding system is a reliable guarantee for welding quality and construction progress. Considering the operating environment of the construction site, the submerged arc welding machine adopts a special welding system for tank automatic welding. It can work in various harsh environments, effectively guaranteeing the stability of the machine operation, improving construction efficiency, and demonstrating the efficiency of automatic welding. It also has good operability, maintainability, and reliability, is not easily damaged, and has a low failure rate.
