Automatic External Seam Gouging and Grinding Station

● Used in conjunction with welding machines to reduce the amount of filler material used in internal seam welding and achieve efficient automatic welding for external seams.

● Mainly used for root cleaning and height adjustment polishing of circumferential welds on cylindrical tanks. The equipment is lightweight and easy to move on-site. It has high efficiency in weld seam grinding, and does not damage the tank body.

● Low labor intensity and good surface quality of weld seam after grinding.

● Equipped with dust removal system and torch tracking system.

● Maximum root cleaning depth: 120mm.

● Applicable range of tank diameters: φ2000-8000mm, thickness: 10mm-90mm.
