● Electro-gas vertical welding can achieve single-side external welding and double-side shaping, while GMAW (FCAW) is suitable for multi-pass welding (GTAW optional).
● Electro-gas vertical welding is equipped with a voltage sensing device, ensuring good weld quality and high deposition rate. A single operator can complete vertical welding seams of 2.4 meters in one hour.
● Precision wind-resistant frame can travel electrically along the tank wall or on rails, suitable for tanks with a diameter of 9m and above, with plate widths of 1.6m-2.8m/3m/3.2m (custom sizes available).
● Mobile water-cooled copper shoe and copper backing bar can assist in forcing the weld to shape, greatly improving welding quality and efficiency while reducing labor intensity. Two types are available for V-shaped and X-shaped welds.
