● Utilizes SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) technology for circumferential and longitudinal seam welding. The welding carriage can travel along the tank wall or on rails, equipped with a frequency conversion drive system and a helical gear reducer, enabling bidirectional movement.
● Dual gantry configuration for efficient single-side welding and double-side shaping.
● Suitable for tanks with a diameter of 9m and above, with plate widths of 1.6m-2.8m/3m/3.2m (custom sizes available).Welding efficiency is 15-30 times higher than traditional manual welding.
● First-pass X-ray inspection pass rate: Over 99.5%.
