1. Participate in pre-sales support for warehouse automation projects, including demand research, solution design, technical documentation writing, solution communication, bid presentation, project implementation, etc.;

2. Conduct data analysis, layout design, AGV system map drawing, solution writing, BOM writing, etc., under the guidance of pre-sales consultants;

3. Assist pre-sales consultants in participating in specific project bidding work, including writing technical bidding proposals, responding to specifications, clarifying solutions, and presenting bids;

4. Assist pre-sales consultants in preparing business blueprints, confirming requirements, verifying functions, conducting on-site tests, joint debugging tests, customer training, and go-live guidance during the project implementation phase;

5. Conduct daily technical communication with customers in a timely manner, understand project progress and user feedback, and assist pre-sales consultants in providing technical support for sales.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics engineering or related majors;

2. Those who have participated in warehouse automation project planning, design, and understand the entire warehouse operation process are preferred;

3. Those familiar with the functions and characteristics of common WMS systems are preferred;

4. Proficient in using Office and AutoCAD software tools;

5. Good communication skills in Japanese or English;

6. Possess strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and have strong adaptability.
