CPBM630 Two-Axis CNC Beveling Machine (CPBM630) produced by Nanjing Auto Electric Co., Ltd. is designed based on years of lean production principles and our extensive experience in pipeline prefabrication. It is a specialized pipe beveling workstation developed independently to meet the actual on-site usage requirements of customers. The machine consists mainly of the beveling machine base, rotary device, pipe clamping device, cooling system, and hydraulic system.Key Features:
➤ The principle of axial and radial two-axis interpolation feeding with CNC system, where the pipe is fixed, and the tool rotates, allowing for cutting with X and Z axis interpolation. This enables the machine to produce multiple angles and forms of bevels with flexibility.
➤ Utilizes a narrow tool width to reduce cutting force and ensure smooth processing, effectively guaranteeing the smoothness of the beveled surface.
➤ The narrow cutting face, fast rotation of the tool, and large feed per revolution address the problem of tool shaking. With high speed and feed rate, the efficiency is greatly improved. It provides high processing efficiency, good bevel quality, low consumption of consumables (blades), high degree of intelligence in operation, and strong adaptability to bevel forms and angles.
